Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup where available.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair-care products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit, your choice.
